For the dough:
1 cup biscuits, entwined
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 teaspoon soft cinnamon
For filling:
7 g glu, flavored equivalent to 1 envelope
2 tbsp lemon lemon juice
1/2 cup low-fat milk
2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 egg whites 
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla 

How to make cheese cake Diet 

1. In a small bowl, mix the biscuits with brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.

2. Pour the mixture in the bottom of a 20-25 cm tray, then place the tray in the fridge until the mixture is frozen.

3. To prepare the filling, mix the gelatin with lemon juice and two large cold water in the mixer to a low speed for a minute or two until the gelatin is soft.

4. Heat the milk until it almost boils then add to the gelatin mix and mix with the electric mixer until the gelatin melts.

5. Add the cheese, egg whites, sugar and vanilla extract to the blender and mix at high speed until a smooth filling mixture is obtained.

6. Pour the filling over the cold dough and put in the fridge for hours or nights.

7. The cheese cake serves cool.
