For the dressing

Juice and zest of two lemons
Four tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
One clove of crushed garlic
One tablespoon of turmeric
Pinch of Himalayan salt

An avocado

For the salad
Two small sliced red onions
One cauliflower broken into small florets
Handful of chopped coriander
Half cup of toasted shaved almonds
Half cup of sultanas

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix the cauliflower florets with coconut oil by rubbing.
Season with Himalayan sea salt and black pepper. Then roast for fifteen minutes.
After roasting, add the sliced red onions and cook for about fifteen to twenty minutes until nice and tender.
